Report a security issue
We take the security of our platform and the sensitive tax data it handles extremely seriously. If you have found a security vulnerability, a data exposure risk, or any incident that could affect the privacy or integrity of our users' information, please tell us straight away.
You can report security issues, including vulnerabilities, suspected breaches or unusual activity, by emailing our dedicated security team.
What to include
- Description of the vulnerability
- Steps to reproduce it
- Potential impact or affected data
- Any supporting screenshots or logs
What to expect
- Acknowledgement within 24 hours
- Regular updates on our investigation
- Resolution within 90 days where possible
- Credit for responsible disclosure
Please do not disclose the vulnerability publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow responsible disclosure practices.
